FIELD: military equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment, namely, to grenade signal cartridges used for target marking, as well as for supply of signals. Signal cartridge comprising case with propellant charge and destructed during firing grenade attached to it, including a housing formed by the bottom in the form of a glass with a steering band and a fairing with cylindrical extension coupled therewith by destructed during firing grenade, pyrotechnic retarder arranged in the housing bottom and powder charge adjoining on the propellant charge, adjacent to the pyrotechnic retarder, and sound vibration mechanical generator adjacent to the propellant charge. Powder charge is separated from the fairing with cylindrical extension piece by a partition fixed in the housing bottom and containing, at the side of the fairing, axial and peripheral dead seats uniformly located around it, connected with powder charge by axial holes. Peripheral seats are open radially outward and together with axial holes therein are connected in series with each other by annular groove, made in the partition, sources of light signals in the form of blocks of end burning in shells are placed therein, which are made of combustible material. In the axial seat there is a sound vibration mechanical generator made in the form of a pyrotechnic cartridge of end burning inserted into a shell of fireproof material. In the generator shell between its burning end of the pyrotechnic cartridge and the bottom of the corresponding seat in the partition there are cylindrical stop, projecting from the shell and containing a through axial channel, annular groove on outer surface and end slot on the side of the pyrotechnic cartridge, crossing through axial hole and passing in annular groove. Source of light signals and vibration mechanical generator are pressed in direction of partition by a clamp.

EFFECT: invention ensures to simplify design, decrease weight, increase reliability and stability of operation regardless of the time of day and weather conditions.
