FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weaving production of textile industry, namely, to facilities for control of technological process on looms, related to consumption of weft yarn in fabric. In device comprising step scale, this scale is arranged with division value of one percent of weft run-in on vertical plate with its marking along full width, there is an axis arranged in base of scale installed on zero line of scale and matching beginning of horizontal slot with rotation axis installed in it with the possibility of horizontal displacement of two bars rigidly fixed to each other at the angle a, lower of which has a roller at the end, and guide for roller is rigidly fixed to continue slot and at the sharp angle to it at reverse side of plate. At the same time scale marking is arranged using formula where 2lw=Wc-Wf, mm; α - angle between bars, depending on width of feed along comb, upper of which contacts edge of fabric; Wc - width of fabric feed along comb, is determined by technological chart for each fabric, mm; Wf - width of factory cloth wound onto wear beam, mm; lw - linear value of fabric shrinkage along weft on loom, mm.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and reliability of detection.
