SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic equipment and may find application in research and production of film ferrite materials. Method to detect magnetisation of ferrite saturation includes exposure of sample to permanent magnet field, supply of microwave energy to converters of microwave energy into magnetic static waves, measurement of amplitude-frequency characteristic of delay line or filter, formed by converters with ferrite sample, detection of frequency value fm on measured amplitude-frequency characteristic, when pole of microwave energy reflection is available, and magnetisation of ferrite saturation Ms is determined using formula: Ms=(2πfm0Y)2/He-He, A/M; where: µ0 - magnetic constant, equal to 1.26·10-6, henry/m; Y - gyromagnetic ratio (ratio of electron charge to its mass), equal to 1.76·1011, coulomb/kg; fm - lower border frequency of surface magnetic static waves, Hz.

EFFECT: detection of film ferrite saturation magnetisation.
