SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used in designing switching devices in synergetic computer systems. The device has N same-type switching units, each consisting of two arbitration units and N same-type selection devices having logic number register, a unit for forming the selection feature, selection feature memory, two FIFO memory buffer units.
EFFECT: high efficiency of synergetic computer systems and cutting on hardware expenses on realisation thereof.
