In the device which has a transparent plane table with a picture of detour points, through holes and a rod with a colour thread attached thereto, one end of which is tied to the plane table, the picture in form of a map of state entities, for example territories, republics, regions, with internal main transport routes. Near main transport points there are elements for tying the thread, which are made, for instance, in form of through holes or buttons or Velcro fabric, where the length of the threads is greater than the length of the route on successive detour of all main transport points of state entities.
