FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to the field of sports and, in particular, can be used to exercise runners on a treadmill, skaters, cyclists on the track, athletes in buggy and for other sports, which route is located on the site, viewed from one position. The technical result is achieved due to creating an effective system of training athletes, moving in a circular and viewed route, provided that in a light-leader containing a source of light radiation from the reflector, the as a source of light radiation the LED matrix with parabolic reflector or laser emitter is used, which is placed on the rig mounted on the outer edge of the middle of a hundred-metre running track or on the edge of the viewed route of the athlete movement. End of a flexible optical fiber made of woven wires or a sectional branch pipe with internal mirrored walls is connected either directly or through the obturator to the source of light radiation. The second end of the fiber is oriented to the track, whereby the output end of the fiber is fixed by springs in the center of the frame, on the outer surface of the external end of the flexible optical fiber there are two rings with internal grooves on the external side, in each of which, respectively, the edges of large and small congruent flat ellipses enter, which major axes are perpendicular to each other, their axes of rotation are placed, respectively, in the horizontal and vertical planes with the longitudinal axis of the flexible optical fiber. The ellipses through gearboxes are coupled to electromotor having a rpm governor, and the obturator is also connected with its electromotor.
