Device includes body, having hollow inner space and hole for gas exhaust, seal arranged with the possibility to close hole in regular condition. Seal is arranged with the possibility of flexure under action of gas pressure, for instance, hydrogen, and movement away from hole if gas pressure exceeds specified value, which makes it possible to remove gas from device, preventing water ingress.
