SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a dental cleaning device and a cleaning tool for a dental cleaning device, relates to medical equipment and is intended for oral hygiene. Dental cleaning device comprises a handle, a fluid medium reservoir, a fluid supply system and an expansion chamber. Fluid reservoir is intended for storage of working fluid medium, wherein the fluid container is at least partially bounded by the wall and the movable member movable relative to the said wall to vary the volume of the fluid reservoir. Fluid supply system is designed to receive working fluid medium from fluid medium reservoir and to supply working fluid medium to user's teeth. Expansion chamber adjoins the movable element and increases in volume while reducing volume of reservoir for fluid medium as a result of movement of movable element relative to wall, when working fluid medium is supplied to fluid supply system, wherein expansion chamber is open to atmosphere to receive ambient air when volume of expansion chamber increases. Movable element comprises membrane, which is made with possibility of expansion in response to pressure difference on its surfaces, wherein wall surrounds membrane. Cleaning tool for a dental cleaning device comprising a handle, to which a cleaning tool is detachably connected, wherein the handle comprises a system of handle channels. Cleaning tool comprises a system of cleaning tool channels for receiving working fluid jet from system of handle channels and for supply of jet of working fluid medium to user teeth.
