SUBSTANCE: portable oral care system contains a toothbrush having a detachable handle section forming a release device containing an oral care product. The release device is designed in the form of a release handle having a release hole or an applicator at one end. The release device includes a fluid medium release system of the ratchet type for supply of the oral care product. The release device includes an actuator mechanism in the form of a self-displacing press button made of a deformable elastomer material with elastic memory.

EFFECT: user may disconnect the release device from the toothbrush, apply the product onto the oral cavity surface by way of pressure onto the actuator mechanism and again install the release device into the toothbrush for storage.
