FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering and may be used for industrial, agricultural and domestic needs. In proposed heat-generating electromechanical converter intended for heating and/or movement of liquid or gaseous medium, an additional heat-insulating element is used from antifriction non-electroconductive material, serving as radial and/or thrust sliding bearing, making a whole with magnetic conductor and primary converter winding. At the same time specified additional heat insulating element consists of polymer composite material on the basis of epoxide-diane resin with filler from fluoroplastic-4 powder and chipped glass fibre at a certain weight ratio of listed components.
EFFECT: reduction of mechanical losses for friction and increase of efficiency by reduction of friction ratio between movable and fixed parts of heat generating electromechanical converter without deterioration of strength characteristics of specified additional part.
