SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated access control devices. Control signal is output based on the identification of the video stream using the extraction of the frame from the video stream, processing a frame with the issuance of an annotated description of the objects contained on it and their coordinates, a fuzzy adjustment of the image, the translation of the image into a black and white representation, providing image contrast, cleaning from noises, transferring images to grayscale, segmenting images by semantic features, accessing the generalized knowledge base and refining the recognition results using the private classification module.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability and functionality of the access system is achieved.
