SUBSTANCE: device for heating and transportation of a liquid medium comprises a primary winding, a magnetic conductor, an element from an antifriction material, a rotary short-circuited secondary winding, where permanent magnets are installed. Interaction between the field of permanent magnets and the magnetic field of the primary winding as speeds of magnetic field and rotary winding rotation approach each other, increases the speed of cylinder rotation.
