FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. In method mother beet plants are used with root system removed for winter storage, then water supply sufficiency is optimised. Root system is restored in an accelerated manner by pre-planting treatment of roots with a solution of cresacin 25-250 mg/l with subsequent planting into double-layer film tunnels.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to accelerate formation of strong flower stalks, blossoming and to increase seed productivity.
