FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preparation of fodder for hydrocoles, in particular - the trepang. The method for preparation of fodder for Echinodermata involves mixture of raw materials of vegetal and animal origin, fermentation, homogenisation. The raw materials of vegetal and animal origin are represented by fish wastes and laminaria accordingly. Added to the produced mixture are bakery production wastes and cucumaria entrails with the ingredients mixed at the protein: fat: carbohydrate ratio 5:1:10. Then one proceeds with milling and stirring. Then the mixture is fermented at a temperature of 2-30°C during 4-8 h with cucumaria entrails used as the enzyme preparation. After fermentation one adds high-molecular chitosan in an amount of 0.02-0.3% (weight). The mixture is homogenised till homogenous state, dried at a temperature of 60-80°C until moisture content in the finished product is no more than 10-12%. Then the finished product is milled to produce granules.

EFFECT: this invention usage enables the fodder structure stability due to the granules adhesion properties enhancement combined with increase of the product food and biological value.
