FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology. To fasten and straighten a vertebral body damaged by a compression fracture, distraction of a vertebral segment and apposition of fragments are followed with forming blind transpedicular canals directed towards and crosswise the fracture. The created canals are fractionally filled with porous permeable nickelide granules sized 0.5 to 5 mm with each fraction to be compactly packed.
EFFECT: high biocompatibility of titanium nickelide provides continuous functioning of fastening elements without rejection and resorption.
