TREATMENT METHOD OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61N5/67 

FIELD: medicine; gastroenterology.

SUBSTANCE: if disease lasts less than 5 years of moderate activity and slight disease severity daily, skin exposure is applied in number 10 procedures within contact stationary technique at laser wavelength 0.89 mcm, pulse frequency 80 Hz, power 6.5 Wt. Exposure fields are epigastrium, gallbladder projection, right hypochondrium in cross point of costal margin and anterior axillary line, 8^th intercostal space on right anterior axillary line, cross point of right mid-clavicular line and 8^th intercostal space. Exposure time is within 60-90 sec. For paravertebral lines from two sides at intercostal space X, XI, XII exposure time on one field is 30 seconds. If disease lasts more than 5 years of apparent activity, average and heavy disease severity, daily intravenous laser blood irradiation is applied at wavelength 0.63 mcm, output power at light guide end face 1.5-2.0 mWt within 15-20 minutes. Treatment course is 6-8 procedures.

EFFECT: method allows for improved aggregative ability of thrombocyte and erythrocyte and deformation properties of erythrocyte; correction of microcirculation disorders; rapid reduction of disease symptoms; higher treatment quality and reduced treatment time.
