FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS and serves to generate code (pulsed) combinations of automatic continuous locomotive signaling digital codes, digital code interlocking signals and transmitter relay control signal to encode track circuits. Transmitter incorporates power supply, master oscillator and start control module connected to code sequence generator, outputs of aforesaid devices being connected to output of input gates module. Control signals come from output of said generators to comparator circuitry modules. Comparator circuit module I/O is connected with master oscillator and start control module I/O connected with module of diagnostics data generation and signal level matching module. Signal INTEST comes from one of code sequence generators to input gates module input to control input gates module serviceability control circuits. Then, transmitter relay and electronic gate control signals come to comparator circuit module along with control frequency that allows dynamic operation of control circuit. Control circuit output is connected to serviceability analyser input to control diagnostics input of diagnostics data generation module.

EFFECT: higher reliability and safety of said track hardware.
