FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: linear hydroelectromechanical internal combustion engine includes internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric machine; according to the invention, internal combustion engine is made in the form of set of synchronised ICE, each consisting of two cylinders and two pistons connected by means of stock; at that, each cylinder has system of drives of outlet valve and the first, the second and the third inlet valves which are combined with common cavity; at that, the first inlet valve is connected to air intake and then to turbosupercharge (or carburator), the second inlet valve is located in the part of cylinder under piston, and the third inlet valve is located in the part of cylinder above piston; at that, each cylinder has its own fuel injection pump assembly (or magnetic conductor) connected to the appropriate drive and to the appropriate atomiser (plug); at that, each stock is connected to solenoid (electric machine) and piston, which is synchronised e.g. with hydraulic system; at that, device is equipped with switched voltage converter, control system and storage battery.
EFFECT: higher engine operating efficiency.
