FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing mineral additives to feed and may be used for producing calcium hydrogen phosphate (feed precipitate). Proposed method consists in mixing phosphoric acid with limestone at 60-80°C in special conditions with subsequent maturation and drying of the product by flue gas at 120-145°C to residual moisture content of 1.5-2.5%. Mixing is made in two coupled mixes for 4-8 min on adding absorption fluid in amount of 40-70% of limestone weight.
EFFECT: high-quality finished product with respect to content of lemon- and citrate-soluble forms of assimilable phosphorus.
