FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining forage dicalciumphoshate includes addition to extraction phosphoric acid, which contains 45-52% P2O5, of 1.5-4% sulphuric acid counted per SO3, 0.5-0.9% of iron compounds counted per Fe2O3, 0.8-1.2% of aluminium compounds counted per Al2O3, not more than 0.2% of fluorine compounds, of clarified absorption liquid until mixture density is 1.42-1.44 g/cm3, following mixing of mixture of extraction phosphoric acid and absorption liquid with limestone at 60-80°C in returnless mode in two successively connected twin-shaft mixers for 4-8 min, maturation and drying of product by furnace gases at 120-145°C to residual moisture content 1.5-2.5% with obtaining product, which contains 8-20% of dihydroorthophosphate of calcium Ca(H2PO4)2 and 5-10% of calcium carbonate CaCO3.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain forage dicalciumphosphate, answering requirements of GOST 23999 and TU 2182-416-00209438, from extraction phosphoric acid.
