FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shoe industry. Device for hygrothermal fixation of shoe top stocks, comprising vacuum chambers installed one over the other with holes for supply working agent, loading compartment arranged in the form of reservoir with closing door, steam generator in the form of hollow toroid, vacuumised reservoir, connected to vacuum pump and control system, partition between lower chamber and loading compartment, arranged as fixed perforated, upper chamber, having flat vault, without heaters, and used as accumulator of air removed by vacuum pump from lower chamber and vacuumised reservoir. To control parametres of working medium - steam - sensors of t°C - temperature and p - pressure are used, connected to computer, conversion unit and electromagnet control slide, providing, when required, for water supply into steam generator. Invention objective: improvement of device for hygrothermal fixation of shoe top stocks by means of working medium control parametres.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce quantity of equipment units, and also to perform whole cycle of hygrothermal treatment of shoe top stocks at one machine by control of working medium parametres.
