FIELD: personal usage articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shoe industry. Invention objective: improvement of the installation for hygrothermal fixation of shoe uppers by means of cyclodynamic pressure moulding. Proposed is a device for cyclodynamic pressure moulding of shoe uppers comprising a charge-in compartment (installed over the vacuum chamber with holes for supply of working medium and designed in the form of a vessel with a closing door), a steam generator in the form of hollow toroid, a vacuumised vessel, connected to the vacuum pump and the control system, a movable perforated partition between the sealed chamber and the charge-in compartment where an air flow delivered from the air accumulator is used for cyclodynamic pressure moulding; circularity of air supply from the air accumulator, after impact onto the shoe uppers has been exercised from the both parts, is ensured via the control valves electric magnets, their operation program set by a PC.
EFFECT: invention enables reduction of equipment units number as well as hygrothermal treatment of and cyclodynamic pressure moulding of shoe uppers on one and the same device.
