FIELD: personal use daily items, clothes.
SUBSTANCE: method of hygrothermal fixation of upper footwear involves the following actions: to settle the upper over the hollow perforated last, to seal it by placing of airproof film, to generate vacuum and wet out with cyclic drying from the inside of the upper. Also additional forming of the upper through its stretching with its lifting from an air cylinder, the pressure of which is higher in 2.5-3 times than atmosphere pressure, is offered to enhance technological capability. The upper is stretched meanwhile the pressure, which is higher in 1.5-2 times than atmosphere one is generated over its surface with air proof film to improve quality of forming. Additional forming from the air cylinder is carried out with pressure that is higher in 2.5-3 times than atmosphere pressure.
EFFECT: quality improvement of upper footwear formation.
