Combined ledge is made of multiple components, including base (128) made of the first material, having the first hardness value, and layer (129) arranged from the second material, having the second value of hardness. Layer (129) covers section of base (128) and has ledge (133) protruding from it to clean tissues. The first and second values of hardness are different.

EFFECT: invention provides for comfortable and safe oral care.
