SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment and is related to oral cavity care, in particular for cleaning the soft tissue of the oral cavity, such as the tongue, and characterises an instrument for the oral cavity care (versions). The instrument for the oral cavity care contains a handle, passing on the longitudinal axis, the first and second toothed elements, a blade for scraping the soft tissue and a multitude of protuberances. The first and second toothed elements pass from the distal end of the handle, with each of the first and second toothed elements having the distal end. The blade for scraping the soft tissue passes between the distal ends of the first and second toothed elements. The blade is made integral with the first and second toothed elements. The first and second toothed elements transfer into the blade at the distal ends of the first and second toothed elements. The blade contains a base, made of the first material, and a layer, made of the second material and covering, at least, a section of the base, with the first material having the hardness, which increases the hardness of the second material. The multitude of protuberances protrude from the first edge of the blade, is made of the first material and pass through a layer, made of the second material in such a way that only apex sections of the protuberances protrude from it. The group of inventions includes the second version of the instrument for the oral cavity care.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to regulate the size of the device section, contacting with the soft tissues of the oral cavity.
