SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering. Rack is used as furniture element made from panels produced using metal powders and metal mesh. Simultaneously, powders of several metals are used. Note here that, on particles of each metal, a film is applied containing the other, for example, heavier metal. Note also that prepared powder mix made as a composite mix is used as additive to plastic materials used in making rack panels.
EFFECT: preventing harmful radiation effects, simple protection of computer hardware in offices and at home.
