Taken into account are sudden or gradual start of tachycardia paroxysm, length of arrhythmia history, frequency, rhythmicity of tachycardia paroxysm, presence of absence of loss of consciousness during tachycardia paroxysm, attack duration. Conclusion about atrial fibrillation, presence of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia or absence of significant arrhythmia syndrome is made by P value.
EFFECT: essential reduction of false positive and false negative results, which makes it possible to save human resources and financial expenditures of specialised medical institution.
