FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery and concerns prevention of cardiac rhythm disturbance in coronary bypass. That is ensured by preoperative and postoperative oral introduction of an antiarrhythmic preparation Lappaconitine hydrobromide (Allapinin) with underlying conventional therapy. The preoperative introduction is dosed 25 mg 3 times a day for 7-8 days, while postoperative - for 14 days in dosage 37.5 mg 3 times a day.
EFFECT: introduction of Allapinin in the specified regimen and dosage reduces frequency of postoperative tachyarrythmia after coronary bypass.
