If according to the daily ECG monitoring the number of supraventricular extrasystoles is more than 70 per hour, according to the EchoCG, the left ventricular mass index is more than 119 g/m2, the left ventricular ejection fraction according to Simpson's technique is less than 49%, the development of supraventricular cardiac rhythm disturbances in the patient is predicted atrial fibrillation.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of AF prediction, to select a priority group of patients with chronic kidney disease and cardiac rhythm disturbances for dispensary observation and prescription of personalized treatment, which will ensure the prescription of an adequate therapy to prevent AF and reduce the number of fatal outcomes.
