SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mooring buoy system for the detachable connection of one or more water separation columns and anchor ropes to a turret of a floating structure in which the buoy contains a floating body to support one or more water separation columns that continue into an underwater hydrocarbon well; a set of anchor rope connectors for connecting a set of anchor ropes to a floating body so that each anchor rope has one end connected to one of the connectors and the opposite end connected to the seabed; and the reconnection cable, while the reconnection cable passes through a channel coinciding with the central line of the floating body, and is connected at one end to each of the anchor ropes below the floating body at some distance from the anchor rope connectors by means of the anchor rope connectors and contains at the other end a locking and connecting device of the winch cable located on the side of the floating body, opposite to the side where the anchor rope connectors are attached. In addition, the invention relates to a method for pulling up one or more water separation columns and a plurality of anchor ropes for detachable attachment of water separation columns and anchor ropes to the turret of the hull of the vessel. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a mooring buoy.
