FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for food industry, public catering system and at home for batching food products. Proposed batcher represents a device that transfers sausage to batch it by measuring, marking and cutting required dose (amount). Optimum design represents cardboard batcher made in closed cylindrical shape with cutouts that correspond to different product doses and are intended for producing marks to subsequent cutting of the product. Batcher can be readily shifted along sausage for cutting the following portions.
EFFECT: ease of use, higher accuracy.
