Further, the device consists of a current source corresponding to a potentiostat, of a sample deformation sensor, of a converter of deformation, of a tool pole with a sample holder drive, a base of which is made out of non-metallic material, of a computer, of a unit of angular transfer, of a sample extender, of a micro-metric drive of vertical transfer, of a magnifier, of contact sphere of the deformation sensor and of a bubble indicator.

EFFECT: extended evaluation of residual stresses for parts with profiled surface; increased accuracy and safety of process of control of residual stresses distribution.
