FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technologies and can be used to determine the residual process stress in samples cut from the investigated part. Device comprises a base with a stand, a dip bath, deformation and sample thickness sensors connected to an information processing system, device for positioning the sample attachment unit and deformation and sample thickness sensors, made in the form of a vertical frame attached to the stand by two movable arms, in the lower part of the frame, there is a test sample attachment unit installed vertically. Sample attachment unit is provided with a holder, a sample clamp and a flat bracket with a curved groove. Holder is located vertically and made in the form of a rectilinear plate with a longitudinal groove, upper part of the holder is attached to the frame and bracket by bolts with washers and nuts passing through the grooves of the holder and bracket, wherein the holder is movable in the direction of the longitudinal groove and deviating from the vertical within the lengths of the longitudinal and curved grooves when the bolts are loosened. Sample clamp is located on the lower part of the holder and consists of two plates, fixed together by bolts with nuts, wherein one of the plates is rigidly connected to the holder, the other plate is removable with the possibility of being placed on the lower end of the fixed sample. Flat bracket is fixed vertically on the frame. Deformation sensor consists of an extender, which can be vertically fixed at the upper end of the sample in an, and a digital indicator mounted on the frame contacting the measuring tip with the upper end of the extender, on the upper end of the extender there is a spring, the second end of which is connected to a digital indicator, thickness sensor includes two levers, encompassing the thickness of the sample by ends, made long, mounted vertically, hinged on the frame, on the upper end of the left lever, there is a fixed digital indicator, which contacts the measuring tip with the right lever, lower arms of the levers are connected by a spring, and the upper end of the right lever is connected to the indicator by another spring, wherein the lengths of the arms and extender in 5 … 8 times more than the sample length and the ratio of arm lengths is 1:4 … 1:6, the wherein the greater ratio of lengths of the levers and extender to length of the sample corresponds to a greater ratio of the lengths of the lever arms.

EFFECT: technical result: the ability to examine samples with a wide range of working zone lengths, with a straight and curved shape, that greatly extends the technological capabilities of the device.
