SUBSTANCE: system has an interface which receives text; an interface which receives handwritten ink through a user entering information into a handwritten text receiving panel in form of electronic ink, created through interaction between a stylus and a graphic input device, the handwritten text receiving panel tries to recognise the entered information and sends the recognition results to an autocomplete apparatus as recognised text; an interface having an autocomplete apparatus which provides an autocomplete list containing a list of suggested endings based on the said recognised text, the autocomplete list is varied by an application such that is updated after recognition of each text symbol and recognition of a text segment.
EFFECT: improved autocompletion relative handwritten input.
