FIELD: textile production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile production and is intended to produce a fire-resistant three-layer membrane fabric for the production of protective clothing, which is characterized in that it consists of three independent layers successively interconnected, first layer is meta-aramid – 47.7%, with density of 127.4 g/m2, antistatic agent – 1.0%, with density of 2.6 g/m2, connected by means of adhesive – 4.1% with a second layer, which is a thermoplastic polyurethane – 9.4% with density of 25 g/m2, glued by means of adhesive – 4.1% with third layer, which is meta-aramid – 33.7% with density of 90 g/m2, wherein the adhesive used consists of polyurethane – 65%, acetone – 25%, fire retardant – 5%, curing agent – 5%.
EFFECT: invention provides improved physical and mechanical properties, such as high strength, fire resistance, vapour permeability and water resistance.
