FIELD: manufacture of laminated materials. SUBSTANCE: method consists in manufacture of diaphragm from molding compound which is just product of emulsion polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene whose particles have form of ellipsoid spheres. Specific feature of proposed method consists in performing longitudinal and transversal drawing of tape at heating above polymer melting point for forming ellipsoid micropores in lubricant medium. Transversal drawing is effected in multi-layer roll of tape. Laminated material consists of four layers: upper woven layer of twill weave from polyester and viscose fibers and lower layer made from polyamide warp-knit fabric of twill-woollen weave. Laid between upper and lower layers is bicomponent diaphragm-laminate made by dry-wet deposition of polyester urethan coat on polytetrafluoroethylene diaphragm. Lower tricot layer is connected with polyester urethan coat polyurethane adhesive. EFFECT: enhanced molding stability. 4 cl, 4 dwg, 2 tbl
