FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, experimental cardiology. In experiment, pathologically changed myocardium along a cicatrical border is exposed to radio-frequency radiation pulses of duration 98 ms and power 3 Wt. Radio-frequency exposure immediately precedes intramyocardial transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells. The following intramyocardial cell transplantation is an injection in the prepared regions of the myocardium.
EFFECT: method allows better establishment of transplanted cells due to creation of the conditions providing the most complete realisation of regenerative possibilities of the transplanted cells in the pathologically changed myocardium.
