SUBSTANCE: prior to intramyocardial transplantation, mesenchymal stem cells are cultivated, moreover in the last day of cultivation bottles with cells are successively kept for certain period of time in thermostats with different temperature modes: 15 min at 43°C, 4 hours at 37°C, 2 hours at 43°C and 12 hours at 37°C.

EFFECT: increase of viable stem cells pool in myocardium due to preservation of their proliferative activity.
