FIELD: medicine; cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: coronary sinus and coronary artery are sounded. The patient is immersed in total moderate hypothermia. Herewith regenerative myocardium reaction is implemented through isolated perfusion of coronary channel with cooled blood. A venous sound wherein blood flows back from myocardium is connected to the input of an oxygenator wherein blood from coronary sinus is oxygenated. The blood collected in coronary sinus is delivered from the oxygenator to a heat exchanger and cooled to temperature 31°C. Oxygenated and cooled blood from the heat exchanger is supplied through the arterial sound with a roller pump to coronary artery or to both coronary arteries. In myocardium perfusion, difference flow of the blood delivered to coronary channel and delivered from coronary sinus is measured to partially compensate the blood supplied through coronary vessels to greater circulation. It is ensured with the third sound additionally inserted into proper peripheral vein wherein venous blood is cycled into the oxygenator. The mixed blood from coronary channel and venous peripheral blood multiply circulates through cooled myocardium.
EFFECT: method prevents connective tissue cicatrix within affected myocardium.
