SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hygiene and can be used for tooth cleaning. A tooth-brush accommodates coaxial driven handle, neck and head wherein a power mechanism is located. The head presents an open-side shield accommodating bristle holders angularly movable to opposite sides relatively to each other about an axis located along a longitudinal axis of the brush. The even-numbered bristle holders are executed in the form of separate rings with a radial arrangement of bristle. The rings are coaxial and joined by end faces with each other and with the shield by movable gaskets so that they form a hermetic enclosure for a power mechanism of the rings of the bristle holders. The rings of the bristle holders in different versions of specific implementation are periodically angularly movable or rotatable in opposite sides about an axis located along the longitudinal axis of the brush enabling bristles to move downright in an oral cavity . Also, the group of inventions involves power mechanisms of periodic angular movement and rotation of the rings of the bristle holders.

EFFECT: provided high effectiveness of tooth cleaning and reliable hermetic sealing of its internal cavities from water and a tooth-paste that raises brush service life.
