SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a surgical table repositioning device. Declared is a surgical table 10 repositioning device (24) which has a column 12 whereon an adjustable bearing surface 16 shall be detachably fixed. The device comprises a control panel 26 for input of adjustment commands for surgical table 10 repositioning. The device 24 accommodates mediums 20, 28 for direct transmission of repositioning commands from the control panel 26 to the adjustable bearing surface 16. Also, declared is an operational system containing the position-adjustable surgical table (10) which has a column (12) whereon the position-adjustable bearing surface (16) can be detachably fixed, the surgical table (10) repositioning device (24) and a transportation trolley which is designed for transportation of the bearing surface (16) with the patient placed thereon, and the transportation trolley has a power supply which is used for voltage supply of the actuating elements (34a-34f) of the bearing surface (16).

EFFECT: creation of the device which allows required repositioning of the bearing surface during both preoperative, and postoperative transportation of the bearing surface.
