FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for crushing material smaller lumps by pressure. Installation comprises conical rolls with dead rollers running around them. Loading hopper is mounted about said dead rollers. Said hopper has moving jaws arranged above each conical roll and inner moving walls of variable length. Installation comprises also two spring-loaded interconnected conical rolls arranged above aforesaid conical rollers. Moving jaws and hopper inner walls are pivoted together at top part so that jaws are arranged outside the hopper inner walls, while lower edges of said walls are fitted to displace on axles of spring-loaded conical rolls. Hopper inner wall moving jaws and spring-loaded conical rolls form triangular circuit. Working surfaces of conical rolls are made up of movable segments with developed outer surface that allow maximum capture degree and uniform distribution of material from the center to periphery of conical rolls. Conical roll outer spaces accommodate vibrators rigidly fixed therein to stay in contact with aforesaid moving segments and, via vibration-suppressing elements, with conical roll rings. Vibrators are arranged at 3-5° above horizontal axis of conical rolls.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of crushing.
