FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: crusher comprises housing (1) and rollers (2, 3) in the form of drums with longitudinal grooves set with a gap. Working surface of one of the rollers (3) is fitted by longitudinal projections (5) with the interval equal to the distance between the inner flat surfaces of transverse annular projections (4) of the second roller (2). The annular projections (4) with the height equal to the height of the longitudinal projection are set in the grooves. Collar rims are provided on the edges of the roller (2). When the rollers turn, cubiform cavities are formed between their working surfaces. The projections (5) are made from alternating segments set circumferentially with the pitch equal to their width. The height of the projections (5) does not exceed the gap between the rollers. The movable rods (7) of the roller (3) are installed radially between the projections. A stop member (10) drives the rods and is set in the inner roller cavity at the angle of 30-45° from the horizontal axis. A square platform (8) of the rod is located on the roller surface and is limited by annular and longitudinal projections on one side and by a segmented end (9) receiving the drive action - on the other side.
EFFECT: efficient cleaning of roller surface from stuck material.
