FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to the method of laminar aluminised materials recovery and reactor to this end. Proposed method consists in crushing laminar aluminised material, separating obtained mix in counterflow of acetic acid solution in temperature-time range that allows producing neutral aluminium acetate and separated components of aluminised material. Then separated components are washed to separate aluminium foil particles from other components of laminar material. Flow of said washed particles is subjected to electrodynamic separation to separate aluminium particles from other components of laminar aluminised material. Finally, particles of aluminium and those of the other components of laminar aluminised material are separately washed in water flow and withdrawn for recovery. Proposed reactor comprises cylindrical housing accommodating screw arranged along the housing axis. Flat metal tape is secured to housing inner surface all over housing length. Tape width is smaller than screw OD but larger than screw shaft diametre. Said tape makes cylindrical helical surface with angle and pitch equal to screw pitch. Free lateral surface of said flat metal tape lies in screw recess. Note here that one end face of cylindrical housing has laminar aluminised material inlet and outlet of acetic acid and aluminium acetate, while opposite end face has acetic acid inlet and outlet of separated components of laminar aluminised material.

EFFECT: recycling of all components of laminar aluminised materials, reduced costs.
