FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: milling of wastes of aluminised multilayer materials, their chemical layer separation into aluminium and the paper-polymeric mass are carried out. Layer separation is carried out in two stages, the first stage consists in mixing multilayer wastes of aluminised materials in a solution of acetic acid, and the second stage consists in their friction-pulsation separation in the same solution. After layer separation the separate supply of particles of aluminium and the paper-polymeric mass to the output is performed. After the supply of aluminium particles to the output their successive washing by water, filtering, hydrocycloning, drying and compacting are carried out. After the supply to the output of the paper-polymeric mass in a mixture with dust, formed in milling of the multilayer aluminised materials, and slag, their successive washing by water, filtering, drying, milling, mixing to a homogenous condition are carried out with the following obtaining of the secondary composite material by hot pressing and production of products from the obtained secondary raw material. A mixture of acetic acid solution with polluted washing water is subjected to settling, filtration and rectification of acetic acid, which is supplied to the stage of chemical layer separation by the closed cycle, and slag obtained after settling is supplied to drying.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation of layers of wastes of the aluminised packing materials, ensuring wasteless recycling of the aluminised packing materials, provision of the closed contour of acetic acid regeneration.
