FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method for mechanical and chemical processing of recycled Ni-Zn batteries consists in mechanical separation of a plastic and a metallic component, in the chemical stage of dissolution of an active mass of the inner part in sulfuric acid with subsequent neutralisation in alkali, separation of a nickel hydroxide residue, collection of a filtrate of metazincic acid, drying and collection of a finished product.
EFFECT: provision of recycling with production of market products and resource saving.
