FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tabletting press and method of its control. Material is fed into each press of the table and pre-pressing and primary pressing are performed. Primary pressing is carried out at constant pressing force and variable thickness of separate tablets. Material to be fed into each press is weighed. Amount of material to be fed is adjusted proceeding from pre-measured weight and first preset value. Weight is determined during pre-pressing of material placed in each press. Rotary tabletting press comprises housing and rotary table with moulds. Said housing comprises feeder, tablet dispenser, at least, one pre-pressing station, at least, one primary pressing station, and weight pickup.
EFFECT: production of tablets with proposer consistency.
