FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to joints between automotive body structural elements. Joint between roof transverse beam and top reinforcing element of car central pillar comprises, in fact, vertical reinforcing element arranged at body side and made from first material. Roof transverse beam is arranged, in fact, horizontally and across body top, and made from second material. It is intended for rigid attachment to top part of upper reinforcing element of central pillar. Door opening pillar pad is arranged on inner side of top reinforcing element of car central pillar and made from third material. Roof transverse beam is secured by point welding between top reinforcing element of car central pillar and door opening pillar pad and point welding between door opening pillar pad and rood transverse beam.
EFFECT: higher body strength and safety.
