SUBSTANCE: flatcar to carry cars, piece and package cargoes consist of the platform body fitted on the frame with floor (1) and supported by bogies (3). The said platform body with roof (3) has sectional loading decks of the storey tier. The lateral walls are provided with double-wing swing-and-fold doors. The face walls are formed by loading swing doors and detachable crosswise beams. The second storey tier of sectional loading can vary its position in height in loading cars and mini vans. There are boxes to keep wheel stops, arranged along the lateral walls flush with the floor. The box outer wall is formed by the frame lateral braces. The face wall area, along the flatcar lengthwise axis, is furnished with sites intended for fastening the aforesaid crosswise beams.
