FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to airliner galley and method of passengers servicing. Galley comprises housing secured to cabin floor and intended for keeping assemblage of containers for products and electric appliances. Galley housing comprises multiple levels arranged vertically. Said levels are arranged at equal distance from each other. Note that each said level is divided into multiple adjoining compartments with their horizontal and vertical sizes multiple of appropriate sizes of one of said storage containers. Method of servicing consists in keeping products in aforesaid containers, transfer of the latter to and from galley, and arranging some containers and electric appliances on galley housing. In compliance with proposed method, used containers are standard containers of preset width, preset depth and preset height. Standard containers are carried into appropriate compartment of galley housing. Note that horizontal and vertical sizes of each compartment are multiple of one of standard containers.
EFFECT: standardised galley elements for efficient use of airliner inner space.
